Here is a rainy day version with what sounds like blue jays and other birds including crows in the background. Recorded on the back porch with rain falling off eaves in a spectacular sound clip via a tascam dr-05.
Another "holy" ambient sound, made by layering a synthesized voice speaking/singing part of the lord's player several times to create a ringing drone with a sustained chord in the background. Made in fl studio.
Pure recording of a loud clap of thunder and the subsequent rumble. The initial crack is so loud and close that the recording volume is very low and catches almost no background sounds.

The audio was recorded for a class assignment, during the evening in iowa city. Mostly comprised of very soft background crickets and gentle traffic noises; there are also a few interesting sounds such as radio from passing cars.
A dark impact sound. Based on a metallic hit, but distorted and with some white noise in the background. Suitable for e. G. Horror films or games. Post-production: eq, distortion, reverb.
Car alarm of a honda civic. Sort of loop-able, i didn't want to leave it on too long since it was outside to avoid echo. Quite a bit of background hiss for some reason.
A background sound design element used to create suspense in a horror scene. Very subtle, flowing modulation. Sounds similar to wind. Recorded with a roland groovebox self-sample utility straight to wav, though results in reduced high frequencies.
Same location as the water and rocks pack. I recorded these sounds by splashing in a small stream with a stick. You can also hear the stream babbling away, and there's ambient forest sounds in the background.
- well, this is just one of several totallyrandom melodies created by me. - i created it at sony vegas, putting together severalpieces of sounds until it became a melody. - i did this in order to help people create simplegames without having to pay for sounds. - it is completely free and you canuse it however you want!(no credit required). - but if it helps you in any way, you can make a smalldonation of any amount through paypal. Checked-in to a hotel in raleigh, north carolina with my wife to catch a flight early the next morning out of rdu. Suddenly, a storm rolled in to the area and, since we were going to bed anyway, i placed my zoomh4npro (120 degree setting) on the air conditioning unit below the window. I slid the window open just enough for clear audio without getting the microphones wet. Enjoy!. Christopher.
An artistic experiment searching for sound emissions and the limit of human hearing. Composed of infrasonic material that have a low acoustic impedance. Humans will be able to identify tones as low as 12hz. Natural and human produced infrasonic sounds is anywhere, all the time. The artistic idea was to use background noises, signal fidelity, harmonic distortion, low-frequency in order to foster a soundscape of infrasound that travels through space. Made for project that was never released. Think somebody might enjoy or use it.
Literally snow dripping from my roof. You can also hear birds and ice cold weather atmosphere in the background. If you enjoyed the sound, please rate, comment, spread! it really helps!. The soundscape includes sounds of various birds, the wind, constant traffic in the background, industrial clanking noises and some people talking in the distance. Recorded with a zoom h1.
My field recording of the rain at my house in bangkok, thailand, but then the rain began to stop. You can are also hear some building construction sound slightly in the background. Recorded with zoom h1.
A brief ripping sound of tearing cloth. It could also be used for sticky tape being yanked off the roll. (my apologies for the bird calls in the background, field-recordings are difficult in a rural area. ).
A catholic procession during easter week in 2010 in cuenca, spain. People marching, sticks hitting the ground, some random voices, de-phased drums in the background. Suddenly all the sticks are dropped on the ground, a fantastic sound.
